A partner for your airway patients

Pediatric dentists, orthodontists, pediatricians, speech therapists, ENTs, and sleep physicians refer to us when they see signs of a restricted airway. We evaluate, treat, and keep you in the loop, so your patient's care stays connected.

  • Tongue-tie evaluation and laser release for kids age 3 and up, teens, and adults, paired with myofunctional therapy
  • Early growth guidance, palate expansion, and AIRTHO aligners for kids and teens
  • Adult expansion (including DOMEzero), oral appliance therapy, and QuietNite laser, coordinated with the patient's sleep physician
  • A consult letter after your patient's consultation, and another letter when treatment is complete

Who We Help

Common reasons providers refer

1

Tongue and lip ties (age 3+)

Kids age 3 and up, teens, and adults with a suspected tongue or lip tie affecting speech, eating, tongue posture, or breathing. We don't treat infants.

2

Snoring and mouth breathing

Kids who snore, breathe through the mouth, grind, or sleep restlessly, and whose parents want answers.

3

Narrow arches and crowding

Children with a narrow palate or crowding, where early expansion may create room for teeth, tongue, and air.

4

CPAP intolerance

Adults with sleep apnea who struggle with CPAP and want to discuss oral appliances or expansion with their physician.

5

Adult narrow palate

Adults with a constricted upper jaw who may be candidates for DOMEzero expansion.

6

Jaw pain and TMJ

Patients with clenching, jaw pain, or headaches where bite and airway may be part of the picture.

Working Together

We stay in our lane, and in touch

Dr. Buxton works within a multidisciplinary network that includes ENTs, sleep physicians, pulmonologists, oral surgeons, orthodontists, chiropractors, and myofunctional therapists. Sleep apnea diagnosis stays with the patient's physician; our role is the airway, jaws, and oral function.
